Surely it can’t be a case of mental health all the time, it must have something to do with physical health as well?
If it was to do with diet or physical health then on the days you’re tired you’d fall asleep quicly with no issues. If you look on the internet for answers you’ll struggle to find a technique that works for you because you’ll find something that works but fades out after two weeks. This is because a psychological process of release is still required. You have to get a personalised treatment because it’s slightly complicated to figure out. Ladies need to achieve the following points to activate the ability to sleep instantly:
- Notion of believing something doesn’t require extra thinking. You have to be happy with decisions and situations being processed through short spans of thinking.
- The time slot for your free thinking session has to be moved to when you wake up instead of before bed.
Female psychology research shows us that women activate a level of passion through thinking after 9pm which puts the rewards and risk awareness parts of the brain into activation. Male psychology shows that after 9pm thoughts are more likely to agitate the hands, arms and knee areas.
