Stress comes in various different forms. We will bring you into a manageable state and then proceed to raise your stress tolerance level.Emotional stability will be included as part of this work as you will become fully in control.  

ADDICTIONS

No matter how long or how deep into an addiction you are, once you start working on it we’ll find the right way to clear it. In most cases it’s not about clearing the addiction, it’s about finding the underlying cause.

CONFIDENCE AND SELF-ESTEEM

Reasons for a lack of confidence or low self-esteem can be resolved through psychological processes. Gaining greater confidence and greater self-esteem will require a line of training and chunking activities. This is what we’ll work with you on in order to ensure the results are ever growing.

PHOBIAS

Can you imagine yourself being free of a phobia? Though this tends to be the easiest form of therapy, you may be doing this for the first time. The results are fast and surprisingly effective. Feel free to test our ability to remove your phobia.

INSOMNIA AND OCD

Whether it’s a serious case or not, losing your ability to sleep peacefully is a mental health concern. First things first we have to get you sleeping within 10 minutes of hitting the bed.  We’ll help you to find mental blocks for the areas of your life that are preventing you from sleeping well at night.   OCD is commonly linked to sleep issues. As a stand alone issue it will be a slower process but we’ll continue to work with you to get you to a point where you can be free from it.

HEALTH AND DIET

Psychotherapy is to support you on your mission to get physically in form. We help rewire your motives around food and exercise. This is done by swinging the emotions related to food and lifestyle so it works in your favour rather than against it. Note: you will be undergoing environmental practices to help embed the results deeper.

Taking up therapy may be something new for you.

1 Stage

We find many clients try to convince you of their issues. What we do is find the answers you need and build you a road map.

2 Stage

We’ll meet in a location best suitable for yourself (online if need be). We’ll then ascertain the concerns at hand and work with you until all is cleared.

3 Stage

During your sessions you’ll be taking up transformation work which consists of self-development activities. This is to help embed deeper and more lasting results.  

4 Stage

To make sure these results last we’ll ask you if you would like to be reviewed upon completion. This will give you self-awareness and confidence in any progress you have made.
